When you sign up, we collect your email address and your name. You can also add a display name and label, which appear publicly on the leaderboard. When you draft tracks, we record your picks. We also keep track of when you sign in and which emails you've opened (basic analytics).

We use your email to send you Stream League updates (which you can opt out of at any time). We use your name and display name to identify you on the leaderboard. We use your picks and performance data to run the league and to keep historical records of past weeks.

Your data lives in our database, hosted on secure infrastructure. We back up the data daily to a private repository for safety. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share aggregated, anonymized data about the league publicly (for example, in articles or reports).

You can edit your display name and email preferences at any time from your profile page. You can unsubscribe from emails through any email's preferences link or from your profile page. You can request a copy of your data or delete your account by contacting us.

We use minimal cookies for sign-in sessions only. We don't use third-party analytics or tracking pixels that share your data with other services.

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. However, your historical participation in past weeks (picks, rankings, etc.) is preserved as part of Stream League's public records, identified only by your display name at the time.

Stream League is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Spotify. We use publicly available data from Spotify's New Music Friday playlist. We do not store or share any Spotify user data. We do not access your Spotify account.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The 'last updated' date at the top reflects the most recent change.
